Can I cancel or change my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order please message the support chat on our website with your order details as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate as best as we can, however our packing heroes might have already been too quick.

How do I track my order?

You should have received an email once your order has been shipped, this will contain all the important information you will need to track your order right to your bathroom. If you have misplaced your order number or shipping confirmation, please message our support chat on our website.

Will you restock any of the products that are sold out?

We will be constantly restocking our skin care products as they are now your essentials when it comes to hydrating your skin. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be restocking the accessories so get in quick.

I would love to have a recurring order so I don't ever run out of my favourites!

Well lucky you! Under each product you will find tailored subscription options prior to checking out. These are offered at a cheeky little discount rate so not only will you be saving time but also that cash money. Please note if you subscribe to The Wet Affect Bundle, you will only receive the cosmetic bag once.

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept the following payments:
VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, AfterPay, Klarna, Zip Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Shipping FAQs

How much does shipping cost?

All Australian customers receive free shipping on orders over $75. For orders under, we charge a flat rate of $8.95. All international orders are currently charged a flat rate of $19.95 for shipping.

Hot tip: If you live local - we now offer free local delivery. All you need to do is select this option at check out :)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders placed in Australia should usually arrive within 3-7 business days. However, please bare with us as there are sometimes unexpected delays that are unfortunately out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

You absolutely bet we will! Our warehouse is based in Australia and currently ships worldwide (given we can). Please note that some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to ever changing restrictions. International orders can take anywhere between 5-30 business days depending on where you’re living. Please message our support chat on our website if you are unsure when you’ll expect your order.

Return FAQs

Can I return my order?

We only accept returns on any products that are unopened and unused. These products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately we will not accept products purchased after this unless required by law. If for some reason you are incredibly unsatisfied with your products please email us at support@thewetskin.co as we’d love to help.

Can I exchange my order?

Ofcourse, as long as the products you are returning are unopened and unused. We will process the exchange once we have received your returned item(s). Please note, we only accept returns on products that were purchased solely on thewetskin.co/

Do you offer refunds or store credits?

If we receive your return within 30 days from the purchase date we will process your return as a full refund or store credit. However, if you purchased your products as part of the bundle or a discounted price, we will refund the amount you purchased it at. If you purchased with an e-gift card, we will return the amount spent back to the e-gift card. We recommend you return your products with a registered post and tracking. The Wet Skin Co Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit on their way back to us. To organise a return, please message our support chat on our website.

Can I purchase your products in store?
