Will my skin feel hydrated after using your products?
Wet Skin is the goal. Being founded in Australia, our mission was to provide skincare that works but keeps your skin hydrated. Staying hydrated is a huge part of producing the chemical serotonin so not only should you drink water, you should also feed your skin with the neccessites it deserves.
Did you know our Hyaluronic Acid Serum is one of the strongest on the market?
Are there any fragrances in your products?
We use naturally derived fragrances from Australian oils, fruits and extracts. However, our Hyaluronic Acid Serum is fragrance free.
Will I experience a break out when switching over to your products?
Making a switch in your routine can sometimes cause temporary break outs whilst adjusting to new products. We encourage you to be mindful of any alternate causes that would have triggered the break out before assuming the product. Your skin is the largest organ of the body and simple things like change in the weather, hormones or diet can also irritate the skin.
Where are your products made?
All of our ingredients are sourced locally in Australia from premium and ethical suppliers. All of our formulas are made right where Wet was founded, the sunny Gold Coast. Our products are made in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest product possible!
When do my products expire?
All of our products have a 12 month shelf life, however once you open your product it needs to be used within 6 months.
My boyfriend likes to use my Wet Skin products, can I purchase some for him?
Absolutely! All of our products are genderless.
We recommend purchasing the Everyday Cleanser and Everyday Moisturiser to simplify his routine.
Can I depot your products into different packaging?
We highly do not recommend this as all of our products are 100% natural, the integrity of our ingredients can be compromised if they are contaminated. This is why we have chosen our ethically sourced airless bottles to ensure the quality and integrity of your products remains to standard. Don’t worry, we thought hard about those that want to take their bottles everywhere with them which is why we have ensured our packaging is sleek and travel friendly.
Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Becoming more sustainable is at the core of our values and although our bottles are currently made with PP plastics, they are fully recyclable. We trust you to do your bit as we strive to do ours. Please ensure you recycle your bottle correctly. We currently offset a percentage of our profits to our chosen Ocean Waste Plastic Removal charity. To find out more about this click here. We are always looking for ways to improve our ethical practices and with your help, we will continue to ride the wave to sustainability. Our goal is to transition to PCR or OWP by the end of 2025.
